Personal Information

Non-Personal Information

Transfer of Personal Information from the EU

Retention Policy and User Rights
We respect your privacy rights, and as such, you may contact us at any time at info@zeroonetouch.com to request access to, deletion, correction, or updates to your Personal Information (for example, if you believe your Personal Information is inaccurate, you may request that it be corrected or deleted); or to obtain a copy of the Personal Information you have voluntarily provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; or request that we stop using or sharing your Personal Information with third parties or erase your Personal Information (subject to any other legal obligation requiring us to retain the information, such as for transaction history and anti-money laundering regulations). We may correct, update, or remove incomplete or inaccurate information at any time, in our sole discretion. Children’s Information
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 years of age. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will remove their information from our servers. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage to verify that children are not using the Service.
Security
We use industry-standard security tools and measures, as well as internal guidelines and corporate procedures, to prevent misuse and data breaches. Information is also protected using Amazon's Web Services cloud-based computing and data storage infrastructure (Amazon S3).
